Es erscheint daher besonders interessant, diese beiden Pulver-3D-Druckverfahren miteinander zu vergleichen, zumal es sich trotz der Parallele im 3D-Druck-Material um 2 v\u00f6llig verschiedene Verfahren des <a href=\"\/service\/rapid-prototyping\/\">Rapid Prototyping<\/a> handelt.<\/p>\n<h3>Schmelzen versus Kleben<\/h3>\n<p>Der wichtigste Unterschied zwischen SLS- und CJP-3D-Druck ist schnell erkl\u00e4rt: W\u00e4hrend das Pulver im Selektivem Lasersintern <strong>geschmolzen<\/strong> wird erfolgt der Aufbau des 3D-Druck-Objekts beim Color Jet Printing \u00fcber <strong>Verkleben<\/strong>. Aus diesem Unterschied folgt die Verwendung unterschiedlicher Materialien, n\u00e4mlich Polyamid (PA) im SLS-3D-Druck, Polymergips im CJP-3D-Druck.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Color Jet-Printing wird per Tintenstrahl (\u00e4hnlich dem eines Tintenstrahldruckers im 2D-Bereich) ein <strong>fl\u00fcssiges Bindemittel<\/strong> auf eine d\u00fcnne Schicht mit Pulver (Polymergips) aufgetragen. Die Druckk\u00f6pfe des Color Jet Printing-3D-Druckers werden dabei \u00fcber dem mit Polymergips gef\u00fclltem Druckbett bewegt, in das nun die in der CAD-Datei vorgegebenen 3D-Druck-Muster gedruckt werden. Das Pulver wird dabei exakt und eben auf die Aufbauplattform aufgetragen, die dabei Schicht f\u00fcr Schicht w\u00e4chst. Ohne die Notwendigkeit einer zus\u00e4tzlichen St\u00fctzgeometrie (Support) werden die 3D-Druck-Modelle so im Pulverbett gefestigt. \u00dcbersch\u00fcssiges Polymergips wird dabei automatisch abgesaugt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Selektive Lasersintern funktioniert \u00fcber das <strong>lokale Verschmelzen<\/strong> einzelner Pulverschichten, wobei der Laserstrahl im PA-Pulver exakt die in der 3D-Datei konstruierten Umrisse nachf\u00e4hrt und dabei das Material punktuell zu einem bruchfesten 3D-Druck-Objekt verschmilzt.<\/p>\n<p>Der SLS-3D-Druck unterscheidet sich vom CJP-Verfahren also auch in dessen seiner sehr viel punktuelleren Arbeitsweise.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens geh\u00f6rt das Selektive Lasersintern zu den \u00e4lteren 3D-Druckverfahren. 1986 wurde dieses Rapid-Prototyping-Verfahren von Doktor Charles Deckard (von der University of Texas, Austin) erfunden, seit 1992 wird es in der industriellen Fertigung eingesetzt. Das Color Jet Printing fand 1994 Eingang in die Produktion.<\/p>\n<p>Wichtig ist vor allem auch die unterschiedliche Oberfl\u00e4chenstruktur der fertigten 3D-Druck-Modelle. Die typische <strong>raue Oberfl\u00e4che<\/strong> im CJP-Printing erstellter Polymergips-Objekte unterscheidet sich merklich von der eher glatten Oberfl\u00e4che, die Sie bei PA-\/SLS-3D-Druck-Modellen finden.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer wichtiger Unterschied besteht darin, dass im Color Jet Printing <strong>vollfarbige<\/strong> 3D-Druck-Objekte m\u00f6glich sind, w\u00e4hrend SLS-3D-Druckobjekte grunds\u00e4tzlich einfarbig entstehen. In der Regel fallen die PA-3D-Drucke wei\u00df aus, wobei <a href=\"http:\/\/3d-activation.de\/material\/pakunststoff\/\">PA-Black<\/a> komplett schwarze Objekte erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n<h3>3D-Selfies als klassisches Einsatzgebiet f\u00fcr Color Jet Printing<\/h3>\n<p>Ein typisches <a href=\"http:\/\/3d-activation.de\/information\/anwendungsgebiete\/\">Einsatzfeld<\/a> f\u00fcr Polymergips-Objekte aus Color Jet Printing mit Polymergips sind <strong>3D-Selfies<\/strong>, die sich seit einigen Jahren wachsender Beliebtheit erfreuen. Ein weiteres Einsatzfeld sind Pr\u00e4sentationsmittel und Anschauungsmodelle, insbesondere im Architektur-Bereich.<\/p>\n<p>Selektives Lasersintern mit PA-Kunststoffen findet vor allem dort Verwendung, wo <strong>bewegliche Bauteile <\/strong>erforderlich sind, so etwa im Werkzeug- und Prothesenbau, aber auch im Kunst- und Designbereich.<\/p>\n<p>Sowohl Polymergips- als auch PA-Kunststoff-Objekte lassen sich zur <strong>Veredelung<\/strong> nachbehandeln vor allem durch Infiltrieren (zum Schutz vor Verunreinigung sowie zur Steigerung der Stabilit\u00e4t) und durch Lackieren.
